Client Any individual or entity seeking or utilizing ARTCON’s services, whether through the website, in person, or via other communication channels.

Artists Individuals or groups represented by or collaborating with ARTCON for the promotion, documentation, exhibition, or sale of artworks.

3. Services

Article 3.1

ARTCON provides information about its services through its website, official publications, social media platforms, and direct communication. Service details, availability, pricing, and terms are subject to change without prior notice. ARTCON is not responsible for incorrect or outdated information published by third parties.

Article 3.2

Clients may request or engage ARTCON’s services through the website, direct meetings, email, phone communication, or authorized representatives.

Article 3.3

Clients may be eligible for discounts, concessions, or special offers subject to specific conditions. ARTCON reserves the right to request verification. Failure to provide valid proof may result in standard pricing being applied.

Article 3.4

4. Operational Hours

5. Conduct and Responsibilities

Clients and visitors must conduct themselves respectfully and in accordance with public order, cultural norms, and ARTCON staff instructions. Non-compliance may result in removal from the premises without refund or compensation.

Article 5.2

Clients are responsible for the conduct of their guests or invitees during exhibitions, events, or visits arranged by ARTCON.

Article 5.3

Smoking, eating, or drinking is prohibited within ARTCON premises, except in designated areas where explicitly permitted.

Article 5.4

Clients are responsible for their personal belongings. ARTCON is not liable for loss, theft, or damage to personal property while on the premises.

Article 5.5

Photography and video recording may be permitted at ARTCON’s discretion. The use of tripods, additional lighting, or commercial recording equipment requires prior approval.

6. Complaints

Clients may submit formal complaints through ARTCON’s designated communication channels. ARTCON will make reasonable efforts to respond within 15 working days.

7. Liability and Force Majeure

Article 7.1

Entry into ARTCON premises is at the client’s own risk. ARTCON is liable only for direct damages resulting from proven intent or gross negligence, and liability is limited to the extent permitted under applicable law.

Article 7.2

ARTCON is not liable for service disruptions caused by force majeure events, including but not limited to natural disasters, government restrictions, strikes, power failures, or unforeseen circumstances beyond its control.

Article 8.2

9. Applicable Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People’s Republic of Bangladesh. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dhaka, Bangladesh.
